Return Or Exchange Policy
We believe in giving you the best online shopping experience, but we realize that we have limitations and there can be times where you might face issues with the orders you receive. Fear not! we have flexible return and exchange policy.
You can always exchange items if they are defective or sent incorrectly. In order for us to facilitate you with this, please ensure that:
- Product is unused.
- You put in a return/exchange request by filling in the form given at the end within 48 hours of receiving the items.
- You return the merchandise via a traceable delivery i.e. courier or a registered post on your own expense to our address. Note (Delivery charges will not be refunded).
- All returns should be sent to Mayumi, House No. 377-B Askari 10, Lahore.
- All refunds shall take 3-5 working days and the amount shall appear in your bank.
